Dr. Osborne is director of the Child and Family Research Partnership at The University of Texas at Austin’s LBJ School of Public Affairs and studies poverty and inequality, family and child well-being, and family demography. She has extensive experience in long-term evaluations of state and national programs and related issues, including child support, home visiting, and father participation.
